Important information for individual students who have signed up for an open enrollment, instructor-led course. 

In our bright, comfortable, state-of-the-art learning environment, students at Full Circle Computing are provided with unsurpassed, individual attention. Expert level instructors and clear, concise, step-by-step manuals allow students to learn valuable computer applications in a small group approach that works. With our FREE refresher option available, you can retake any course for up to three months (same version).  We also offer FREE post-training support for 30 days after the class. Classes run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break for lunch.

In the event of inclement weather, a message regarding delayed openings or course cancellations is posted on our voicemail system by 7:15 am. Simply call 610-594-9510 after 7:15 am to hear the message.

Tailored Training Policies

School Policies

The success of each class depends on the punctuality and professional demeanor of each student so that all students can receive the full benefits of each class. Please note the following policies:

  • Each full day class runs from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • The school opens at 8:30 AM each day. Students should arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the class (by 8:50 AM) so that it can start promptly.
  • In the event of inclement weather, a message regarding delayed openings or course cancellations is posted on our voicemail system by 7:15 am. Simply call 610-594-9510 after 7:15 am to hear the message.
  • In consideration of other students and to reap maximum class benefit, use of mobile devices and pagers is prohibited in classes.
  • No electronic recording devices are permitted in classes.
  • Students are expected to attend each class, unless sickness or other urgent matters prohibit attendance. Should an absence occur, every effort would be made to reschedule the student for the next available class.

Payment Policy

Payment is due 10 days prior to your first scheduled training session. Full course fee is charged for no shows or cancellations/reschedules made less than 3 days prior to course date. Student substitutions may be made at any time, except for PowerPack discounts.

Retake Policy

Our free retake policy is a voluntary benefit offered on a space-available basis, with priority seating given to students who are attending the class for the first time. Please note following policies: 1) A one-time FREE retake request is available for standard courses for 90 days from original training date for corporate/open enrollment students, through your contract end date for Career Retraining Program students, and for 3 months from contract end date for students whose programs are funded under the Trade Act. 2) The number of retake students per class may be limited, and not all empty seats may be available for retake students. Some courses are often fully booked or may run infrequently; therefore we cannot guarantee your ability to retake a specific course. 3) Course materials will not be reissued. Please bring your original course manual. In the event of version upgrades, a 50% upgrade fee will be applied. 4) If you are not able to attend the retake, we must be notified at least three days prior to the course date. Retake benefits will be terminated in the event of a no-show or cancellations/reschedules made less than three days prior to the retake course date. 5) In the event that a course becomes overbooked, retake registrations may be cancelled. Full Circle Computing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule retake attendees 6) While instructors will make an effort to assist every student, the instructor will give priority to the needs and questions of first-time attendees. Please be considerate of students who are experiencing the material for the first time, by limiting your questions to material relevant to the current course, and allowing the instructor to provide ample attention to first-time students.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Course cancellation/reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days prior to course date to avoid a 50% late change fee. Full course fee is charged for no shows or cancellations/reschedules made less than 3 days prior to course date. Student substitutions may be made at any time, except for PowerPack discounts. Refunds are not available for deeply discounted or promotionally priced seats. We reserve the right to reschedule any course where enrollment is less than 4 attendees. Should we opt to run a course with fewer than 4 attendees, we reserve the right to shorten course hours by up to 50% while continuing to meet major course objectives. Private group sessions are subject to cancellation/rescheduling policies per contract agreement.

Powerpack Policy

PowerPacks are issued to the attendee named only; student substitutions may not be made. Partial refunds will not be made for unused portions of any PowerPack.

Support Policy

Post training support is limited to 90 days from training date. Post training support is designed to cover basic end-user questions. We are unable to answer hardware, networking or security related questions. Questions that require significant time or troubleshooting may be subject to your advanced approval of consulting charges prior to a response from our help desk.

Online / E-Learning

This unique solution allows a Full Circle Computing trainer to deliver live, interactive training to any location in the world via a web connection. We use a web tool called GoToMeeting which allows us to meet with anyone, anywhere, in real time. By using this screen sharing software, an internet connection and high quality audio equipment we broadcast our training to our attendees. All you need to join is an Internet connection and an audio link via VoIP (Voice over IP) or phone. On the day of the course just open our web link which will be sent to you by email and call a teleconference number to join our interactive training session.

At Full Circle Computing, we appreciate that many companies would like to build IT training into their hectic business schedules, but often find it difficult to free up time during the cut and thrust of the working day. As a result, we created the “Lunch and Learn” format which allows staff members to receive short, intensive training literally during their lunch hour.

Our “Lunch and Learn” sessions are suitable for staff members with all levels of knowledge. The training is usually less formal and structured than normal, giving a more dynamic and interactive approach. Our “Lunch and Learn” sessions can be tailored to suit either a small group or large group!

Retake Schedule

1ull Circle Computing is pleased to offer you the benefit of retaking any class, on a one-time, space-available basis at no additional expense to you. See retake policy below for guidelines.

Courses that are available for retakes are posted here on a bi-weekly basis. Retake seats are on a space available basis. Click on the Request a Retake Seat link below the schedule, fill out the form and click the submit button – your request will be reviewed and confirmed by return email.
